Shipping policy

At Aurum & Oak, we craft every item per order to ensure each piece is unique. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Production Time
All products are handcrafted to order, and production can take up to 72 hours. This ensures the quality, attention to detail, and individuality of every piece.

2. Shipping Method
Once production is complete, orders are shipped via standard courier services. Shipping times follow normal courier estimates and may vary depending on your location.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

4. Order Tracking
All shipped orders include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package from dispatch to delivery.

5. Delays
While we make every effort to deliver on time, please note that courier delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

Where will my order ship from?
We are based in Mpumalanga, South Africa.
Will I be charged customs for my order? (Intentional orders ONLY):
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control
and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your
neighbours, get in touch with us at support@aurumandoak.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but
shipping will be at your own cost.
